A Millionth time it enters a "joint venture" & inevitably always to distract attention from shoddy finances. Check out what happened to an old joint venture with PMI Corp. - the kettle was called black. Fools don't even bother to check Q2 Filings. And the fleecing continues :)

P S. This yet another "New" joint venture with a "cyber security" firm is technicaly a load of.... you need to be an engineer to understand. More circus joint ventures are in a pipeline.
Turning the corner around, for 16 YEARS since 2001, mostly due to not working together with the right people and engineers... or lacking thereof.
