Not sure if its huge. That was a pretty bland PR to me, but could certainly bode very well for the future.

I wish the company was a bit more forthcoming with the IoSoft news. When they say 2018, do they mean fiscal 2018 or calendar 2018? If its fiscal, do they truly anticipate signed contracts and revenues starting next month with IoSoft. If so, why not PR that rather than this?
