I think 8 months is long enough. The merger Partners are gone the company is gone.

It may be creditors have to sit longer to negotiate a workable deal.

It has been said many many times if the Bones do not come down there will be no deal. going on 4 months with out a word from the company!! I think the writing has been on the wall for some time now. GLTY
