OS is insanely low. Usually you dont see them trade this low with 10 or so mil OSs on shells. But since its so old and some float shares have appeared it got knocked down. 2007 and before that shells used to be valued very high and had several market makers that would eat up shares but now most shells have 1 MM


With that being said any sort of real deal should send this. fizzled out months ago but that happens. A lot of stuckholders and old shell guys dumping out on the rise. if nothing came after all these plays fall right back or below where they started.
