Sluggy I think that you are way way off base. The BCSC hearing has nothing to do with Lopenhandia or his past. The hearing is about MSX and flogging a dead horse. They want to see if they can put a scare into Brent so that they can hopefully have an alibi for the fraud that they have committed on behalf of Barrick. This is nothing more than looking for a scape goat or an alibi for the BCSC. Or simply call it what it is a plain ole witch hunt plain and very simple. You are absolutely right MSX is in oblivion so why the hearing on Aug 22, nothing but a joke going no where or as I have said many many times just a witch hunt. Now those responsible should be brought to justice and any one breaking the law should serve time. That is why the Barrick fraud is going to be outrageous and we will see who the mighty that fall, This is when it will get interesting.
