"Time" has not told anything, because "Time" is not static.
Strange that all these people who were supposedly "taken advantage of" never show up on this board to share the precise sordid details.
So due to lack of evidence and specific testimony of any of recent transgressions, I'd say SAVI hasn't taken advantage of anyone.
Actually, a delisted stock that defrauds people would be more of a miracle than a delisted stock coming back to life and trading again.
I'll go with the odds.
