You have a matter of fact way of interpreting the article simon. It doesn't say he was kicked out for committing fraud. It says he was asked to resign and he did. He has not been proven to be guilty of anything that I read in this article. He may have done something wrong but it does not say what you wrote and is yet to be proven. He wasn't kicked out as you stated but asked to resign. Semantics I know, but lets go back to innocent till proven guilty.
