REAL companies have YEARLY shareholder votes EVERY YEAR, including voting for the board of directors members when their terms come up. This is much different than, "well we once had a shareholder vote here for something". This POS DID NOT have yearly shareholder voting, and voting for each board member according to their terms! That is not my opinion, THAT IS A FACT!

In fact, this very form of corporation governance is basic enough to MORE likely appear in a economics school textbook than "buying a half million shares will push the price higher" would have been.

Shareholders that discount the lack of this basic voting right are now faced with the just results here.
