Your SS data are Obsolete! The OS was 107,036,163 shares on 11/10/2015 but it is 291,450,359 shares now! The float was 25,687,241 shares on 04/08/2015 but it is 245,168,104 shares now! In another word total 184,414,196 shares were diluted into the OS since 11/10/2015 and total 219,480,863 shares were diluted into the float! Anyway the AS has been FIXED at the Same 500,000,000 shares. The majority of past 184,414,196 diluting shares were dumped at 0.0001 ~ 0.0002 from the historic chart. That explains why the 200-Day MAL was at the Bottom 0.0001 before 08/07!
Total 16,914,088 shares traded at $0.0004 so far since 08/09/2017. Hopefully ICNVQ would not decline back to its 200-Day MAL 0.0002 again so that today's New low 0.0003 could hold a solid New Bottom!
