That all depends on the agreement. Based on my own gorilla math factoring in possible share exchange and other variables I personally believe PIOE value will be about 1.15-1.25 per share....this isn't considering patents as well. I have no idea how they would factor in but if they did I would put it at 1.50-.2.00 per share. That doesn't mean the market will reflect that, the float is low and it may go higher or lower. This is all my opinion only.
