Think about it. If Long Side sold those shares in anticipation and they were not supposed to be sold and the price of those shares they now owe continues to climb I would bet Long Side would suddenly be very motivated to come to a new settlement agreement dropping the suit and much more favorable to NTEK. Time will tell all. In the meantime let the price continue to rise. Go NTEK!!!
