I hear you. I am very frustrated as well, but she did say in the June 12th 8-k that sales are expected to begin by the end of Q3 in Nigeria (which was of course delayed from when she said "first half of 2017" when she announced it in January). We're still 45 days away from the end of Q3 though. So she technically has updated the shareholders.

1. It's obviously not in her control when things will be ready to go.

2. It's obvious that this company has demoted itself on multiple occasions. Predicting an event on a certain date or in a certain time period, when Noreen is very well aware that it will not happen by that time period, is certainly a form of demotion. She wants retail investors to get mad, and sell off. In my opinion anyway.

3. No matter if Noreen lies about dates and expectations etc, it doesn't matter. To me anyway. I already believe it's "Dump and Pump" and the stock has been manipulated down so that insiders were able to load up at a low price. The pertinent information that shows that this stock will eventually be a big winner is all in 8-k's and 10-k's. That information all HAS TO BE FACTUAL. HAS TO BE or else Noreen will get sued and lose. All the demotion bullshit is extra fuel for why I believe in this stock.
