Daniel,

Dear Shareholder,

Having had a cursory glance at the 'Investor Hub' message boards I have noticed some incredible analysis regarding the shareholder letter that bears the Pivo return address along with amazing speculation about record dates etc. and their meaning. As I am sure you are aware I get many calls and emails regarding this company on a daily basis and I do my best to assist shareholders with any reasonable inquiry made upon me. When responding to you I may have inadvertently used the term 'record date' incorrectly so I am going to clarify this as a matter of good housekeeping.

The letter was sent to all the owners of shares known to the transfer agent for whom they have addresses. Most shareholders hold their shares through their brokers and for us to identify those holders and the underlying brokers and clearing agents we would need to order an N.O.B.O (Non-Objecting Beneficial Owners) report which at this stage we have not done. If we had done so then each brokerage firm would have received a copy of the shareholder letter which in turn would have resulted in that firm’s 're-org' department notifying the underlying holder of the shares of any corporate actions such as those recently reported regarding Dolat Ventures, Inc. in Wyoming usually by sending on a copy of the communication.

As such the use of the term 'record date' was incorrect and I am sorry if it has caused you any confusion. We will in all likelihood run both a NOBO as well as OBO (Objecting Beneficial Holders) search at the conclusion of our lawsuit against the holders of certain shares issued by previous management when, if we succeed, we would adjust the number of shares issued and outstanding.

Thank you for your continued interest in the company

Yours truly

Richard Oravec
