Hey guys I'm reaching out the commissioner of Kentucky which is Allen Luttrrell of the Kentucky Department of Natural Resources and also Bob Scott who is the Director Division of Abandoned Mine Lands both was referred to me by Tom FitzGerald who is a let's say a good powerful man in Louisville Kentucky.
