conix -- first, I'm not and never have been a 'socialist', certainly not by any stretch of that usage as an equivalent of Soviet-style communism -- am not and never have been into any sort of authoritarianism -- as I believe I can safely assert is also true of at least nearly all of the others here whose views generally coincide with mine more than with yours

here, for reference, an important point of perspective -- precisely in their respective actual, practiced authoritarianisms, e.g. Hitler's Nazi fascism and e.g. Stalin's Soviet communism stand as mirror images, two sides of one coin, absolutist top-down authoritarianism -- only the ideological wrappings and trappings, the 'legitimating' propagandas employed and enforced, vary, respectively shaped by local circumstance and historical accident -- and at that, in particular as compared and contrasted with precepts underlying liberal/social democratic nations and institutions, those ideological wrappings and trappings don't vary all that much, and not at all on the key point -- one way or another, described/prescribed as good, proper and necessary in whatever manner, the state, the leader, is and reigns supreme, subject to no independent law or citizens' individual rights, period

and second, that was the first I'd ever seen of anything quite like that -- while I have seen the (very) occasional propounded huzzah! to the (supposed) empowerment of women in/courtesy of authoritarian 'socialist', i.e. communist, societies, I at least have never seen anything along that sort of a line put forth as a particular argument for or particular achievement of authoritarian 'socialism'
