If you've read his tweets I'd guess that is the reason no one wanted to do business with him except Scott who, if I read right, helped develop these apps to begin with.

Jacob should have been at all local schools and police/sheriffs departments. He did one of each and disappeared... lawsuits? Coke habit? Arrest warrants? Who knows but I'd say there was a good thing going...

Now we have 9,000,000,000 shares, $17mil in debt and the only product licensed out for a measly $100 a year with zero revenue till 2020.
