Thanks lucky for your private message. I am certain rocks has my cell phone number. We used to talk regularly, and I have not changed my number. Hard to believe that I still use a flip phone, not a smart phone.

Not sure what is happening here with MDGC. I know the large shareholders and about what they hold. If rocks has not been selling it has to be Val and the owner of the mountain where our equipment is located. I forget his name. Years ago he was in his mid 80's and whether he is still alive or his son is in charge of the shares, it appears they have made some deal to get out of MDGC. This shareowner never paid a penny for his shares. It was a deal Val put together to keep all MDGC equipment active and ready for a roll out.

Whoever is orchestrating this takeover of MDGC stock is quite smart. They will immediately have the majority of shares in their possession and can do whatever they want.

I will hold on.. good luck to all. This could be the ripe time to invest!!!!!!!!!!!!!
