The only thing that is wrong with it is MNZO is a Wyoming company, not a Nevada Company.

It's sometimes difficult to keep track of which State is which, as these scams hop around. MNZO under the departed Kenny was Nevada.

The reason I asked the liquidity question is because some claim that he may not actually own the preferred's. I think that is ridiculous.

He owns the preferred for the price of a zombie Shell. It ensures he always have majority voting for whatever he wishes to do.

Robert claims that the 500 million isn't actually his own money, but money he has access to through other investors.

Technically correct. His claim is he is CEO of a fund with an imaginary $500M in it. Where funds by definition are funded by investors. In Bobby's case we have an imaginary fund, funded by imaginary investors. Also on one of the web pages in Internet land Bobby claims to be a "consultant" when associated with his imaginary fund. No, not the head of the fund, or even a "financial consultant", but just a plain vanilla consultant. That probably keeps him safe from FINRA, and a pile of State laws.

Many state that having a virtual office is proof a company is a scam. It is pointed out on almost every penny stock board. I am simply stating where the company has or doesn't have an office doesn't indicate whether it is a scam or not.

You are also leaving out the Bobby garnish on the side. A real $500M fund doesn't consist of a traveling CEO, and a PO Box. However, in Microcrap scam land, a P.O. Box works just fine. Don't need no more than a traveling CEO to man a FB site in Internet land - virtual traveling. After all, why should an imaginary $500M fund spend money for an office or receptionist to open the P.O. Box mail? I'm sure Bobby can go to the P.O. box periodically, and type out a PR, while sitting at home.
