2 Questions for the board... #1 - This new name change to "Hexagon Holding"... What happens to our shares?

I guess we have to wait and find out from the 8k. "We all know what happens, if he's R/S"..., If 1 for 1 than we are golden to hold...

Hint- Berman stated he will reduce 1.4 billion shares?
If he does a R/S = Fulfilled, but will pissed off a lot of shareholders.

R/S always lead to dilution and tanks the PPS down. again, we have to wait and see the 8k.

2nd Question - with the new name changing, the gap at $.0022-$.0024 (do you think they will fill it?) I bet they will, if it's a reverse split coming...
