If people claim to be long they should at least be checking out the product they are supporting. The day I bought into OTTV I subscribed for their services, and understood that it's not perfect because of the stage they're in. Did you know you can attach files to your support tickets? Gen up a word document or excel file with identified deficiencies and ship it off to them stating that "Hey, I've found some things that may help in the future".

Right now I'm sure their main focus is setting up what really matters with the website as far as device management and the subscription aspect.

Y'all remember just a few weeks ago when Roku wasn't a thing yet? Have you seen the account dashboard recently with the new Roku management stuff?

Baby steps folks... Everyone is screaming "this needs to be fixed! that needs to be fixed!". Submit your tickets. I'm sure they've compiled a list of what needs to be fixed and have prioritized appropriately.

Should I fix my overflowing toilet or make myself a sandwich???
