You have covered all the bases and an excellent read for newebs since they will be lurking here from now onwards with high alert. The filing proved that this is NASDAQ bound and I will be here to see that day.

Nothing has changed, infact with the delay it seems the company has become more than ever committed in getting it done. Imagine they must have turned all stones to get that 2013 filing, not an easy task. Plus no R/S with all this money already spent on filings and other disclosures to FINRA.

It is coming together solwly but surely. Those who have patience will be rewarded handsomely. Flippers will not be able to make much since once the ticker changes it will keep jumping the pps without notice imo and if you flipping you are only chasing...........
