In on of the press releases, Steve said that this hexagon Holding name change will be a merger. Sounds like they have to create a whole new corporation with its own shares, its own stock ticker etc.

My questions are:
1) How will the merger work?
2) How will it affect us as individual share holders and the value of our stock?
3) Will this be a 1 to 1 kind of deal where 100 shares is still 100 shares of the new company and still work .0032 as it is today or will the share and price structure change?
