To me it means 3 Things:

1 ) Alessi is gonna head this right into a R/S pretty quick after R/M.
2 ) Alessi bought up over 1/2 the shares (according to "pray," I think https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=133452041), at (EDIT: it's me guessing) .0001 & .0002 & is funding his bringing the company back into compliance at least in part by selling those massive number of shares back onto the market. Pre or Post R/S he'll probably turn them into preferred, if not already.
