I think from the language and time lines on STBV, the company intends to issue stock as a form of a forward split. Kinda like a stock distribution.

We all know that time line is not possible, and FINRA will not approve a split.

There are words in that post that conflict with each other.

Also, FINRA does not give a effective date that far in advance. Sometimes, the company is the last to know.
