The problems are Giant Debts ($603.248M) and Terrible Cash-Burning Speed (cash Crash Down over 61% from $0.18 a share in the previous quarter to $0.07 a share in the current quarter) which could force the company to file the CH11 or even CH7 Bankruptcy very soon... EVEP is an Hyper Risky energy company with meager a couple of millions dollars cash on hand and falsely claimed so-called energy assets (their Real value could be 50% or less than the Claimed value)! Also Big R/S is another Huge Risk!

We might see some decent quick bounce due to oversold status in the next week. But the bankruptcy seems inevitable unless both the Giant Debts and Terrible Cash-Burning problems could be resolved which is unlikely based on the company history...

If I were those existing EVEP shareholders then I would liquidate all the positions ASAP then use all the proceeds to buy any Zero-Debt stocks whose Cash Value and Book Value are all Double of its current price (such as NSPR).
