So if you divide 1 million into 155 million you get .00645 Take the amount and of shares you have times that number and that's what you own of Upland through esw I believe. Does that make any sense? Excelsior, please weigh in on this when you get a chance.. If that is correct and the patents come back into play Upland can be worth a lot of money although we have a fraction of shares of what we had, the dollar per share on the buyout could be huge..
