I'd say progress is happening

The lawsuit is just affording patient investors the opportunity to accumulate stock at very attractive prices.

I'd say the business is progressing well. Having a CFO in place now will allow the company to explore multiple options for financing. I'd expect the company to have a number of announcements through the end of the year. Signing a CFO with public markets experience and three new Board members to me is a great sign that the lawsuit isn't a big deal.

I think the company can do $0.04-$0.06 in EPS based on a 250mm share count over the next twelve months based on already announced contracts. The CEO has intimated that there is a lot of business just in Vietnam and the UAE that he can sign once more working capital is sourced.

Put a 10x multiple on that EPS figure and you get a 20-30 bagger from here.

As Buffett says, the market is a mechanism to transfer wealth from the impatient to the patient. I think this is a prime example.
