Subject to obtaining the necessary financing, we now anticipate that Phase I clinical trials will commence in mid-2018 and we estimate that it will take 18 months to complete, at which time we expect to receive limited marketing approval for “compassionate-use” under the FDA and similar guidelines in Canada.

In addition, we believe that upon successful completion of Phase I Clinical Trials we may receive one or more offers from large pharmaceutical companies to buyout or license our drug at a significant premium.
