NOHO has been at a much higher position on the breakout board several times and it hasn't helped the stock price one bit.

IMO most people now know that NOHO is a scam.

Massive dilution, upcoming reverse split, no revenue, no product, five recent BS hyped releases of plans that ultimately produced nothing and a CEO with a long history of penny stock scams (nine scam stocks that have either been revoked and delisted by the SEC, have cease trade orders or are at .0001 and no bid) are easy to see with the most basic DD.
