invest I didn't say that they were diluting without reporting. They just don't have to report every time they dilute. They say ahead of time we might sell some share to equity line and that is all they need to do. In the mid march and mid may filings they announce up to 25,000,000 shares to be sold each time. I think those shares can then be sold anytime they want to in the future.Between March and April they have lined up 50,000,000 share they can dump without saying anything more except report the total in the 10Qs. I think that is how it works. Correct me if I am wrong.

JS isn't risking much. He is non technical and believes what his technical people tell him. I think Larry prolly supplies some support for board members and is owed. Prolly made ol chuckiepoo an offer he couldn't refuse.
