What surprises me most about these guys is the number of times they play the same song. When the natives get restless, they issue another PR talking about how close they are. They likely aren't any closer than they were with the last PR. I wonder whether or not they're even talking to anyone! I would guess that they're more likely to be looking for a new "partner" to announce "a new and better" future if they can wrap up the negotiations with them which will be announced as "imminent"! Their track record isn't stellar in these alleged negotiation attempts. Plus it has been the object of clear Pump and Dump schemes in the past. I'm not saying this is of their doing. It may be that some shysters recognize this as an easy target for this kind of thing. I did read that another attempt may be in the making for a P&D though so keep your eyes peeled. This forum usually gets hit pretty hard with people saying it's going to "x" per share and "I'm loading up" and "no dilution", and "to the moon", etc. Having said this, there may be an opportunity if your timing is good. Just be warned ....
