I think the short answer to your question is 'No', it really not available in retail form yet except for maybe the RoadWarrior if you can find one.
5Barz is really focused on supplying the larger Telcos and having them supply/install the device with an end user agreement. Their focus is on a solution for the Telco to improve service delivery to the end user.
Unfortunately, because I could sure use a Network Extender where I live, I barely get one bar, upstairs in one corner of the house. And yet right across the street, in a very large park I get a full 5 bars.
