Play the facts people! Low float, solid base, and while not crazy high volume, there IS more buying than selling, which means this will slowly creep upwards. The PPS on this will be a snowball effect. The buys outweighing sells will slowly bring the PPS up, and as people notice they'll start buying in... then the chase will begin and the stock will climb... this is how I see it happening in my opinion
