Sorry about the math. So if I have a million shares on 150 million of hip crickets outstanding shares. The old ones so now I own 150th of a million new shares issued to esw which would be 6,666 of esw investment of 1 million shares into Upland? So if Upland gets sold for $100 a share I would get $666,000?
