There are 100's of reasons to never invest in a pink. This is one of them. Pink sheet investors totally dismiss the fact that the board of directors isn't voted on by shareholders, (in fact, there are no shareholder votes on anything), but instead, the CEO in effect gets "his buddies" to serve on the board. Pink sheet investors are fine with that, but when the result is that management has the board approve bonuses for them, they have a problem with that!
You can't have it both ways people! If you want to invest in slimy pinks without shareholder voting, you can't complain about the results due to the non voting! You are in effect agreeing to this way of "corporate management" when you buy the stock! You've now paid the price for ignoring this.... through losses!
Once again, another of the 100's of reasons to never buy a pink. But, in my estimation, 95% of IMSCQ investors continue to own and will still buy pink sheets! Nowhere do I see less learning than in the pinks!
Will any IMSCQ shareholder step up and say it right here, and reply to this saying, "I've learned from this! No more pinks for me"?
