For the PM that was sent me and anyone else... people who are buying shares from the Prospectus dont buy them on the open market. They contact the Underwriter and purchase them from him. He then sends them over to their broker or sends them Certificates directly.

Those buying on the open market will try and get them for the offering price, but if the price is driven up its only good for those buying at the offered price thru the Underwriter. Todays buying has no effect on the ability of the company or the underwriter to sell the offered shares, 4+ million to prospective buyers.

One last thing, Market Makers can and do buy shares from the Underwriter and they in turn can sell them on the open market and make a profit doing so.
