I'm sure I'm the last one to notice this, but I was reviewing the Dr. Girish Kulkarni presentation from June 30th, 2017 AGM. And he mentions that "per the FDA this treatment may not even require a Phase III clinical trial." He goes on to say that "often only 1 in 2 (new drugs) would require it." If you go to the 3:50 mark of the video this is where he mentions this.

That would be incredible, lets hope that we qualify for approval after phase II. If big pharma is aware of this then we are already on their radar. JMO
