Wow, $35m for Black Fox is more a gift than a sale. I have always felt that Black Fox is a much better property than San Dimas. At least the buyer was one of my other investments. At San Dimas,they may need to take drastic measures to get the labor situation straightened out. These folks either want to work or they dont.
