It appears that the old "board members" Kirby, etc.is using this new guy to escape with what rights they would be losing by what they all just did in buying in what shares were disclosed as registered.

Add up all the definitive agreements for the $3 Million for the Private Placement.

As i had mentioned there is going to be a BOOM in reference to a post by windouh-shopper but my "boom" was not going to be in the direction we all have waited for......I had mentioned something was about to happen and this 13d somehow nay be????????

We also keep dropping, dropping dropping.......we should be gaining......MT has released to what i have heard. May not be true, not good source.......
