Last paragraph of the Letter confirms that recent 10-K and 10-Qs were at FINRA's request. Name Change expected by August 25, 2017.

*The corporate name changes must be approved by FINRA before the Company can begin trading under the new name. This process has commenced and must be concluded before August 25, 2017. The Company has been requested by FINRA, to file historical FORM 10-K for the year ending February 28, 2013, and three subsequent Forms 10-Q. To that end the Company has hired an auditor and believes that it should be able to conclude the process without the need for refiling of the FINRA notification although there can be no assurance of that filing or otherwise complying with any other FINRA demands.

StockRockandRoll explanation on why he was one of the few to receive the letter.

As I stated I believe it's because I was issued shares directly from the old mining (DOLV) company with a private placement, I believe only we got this letter.

Bong747 post about chat with ETrade regarding name and ticker change.

Obviously name and ticker change change can only be effective tomorrow if it is posted by the end of the day today. Bong's post suggests name and ticker change will happen within a few business days, based on ETrade's past experience with notification from the Depository Trust Company (DTC).

Just had an interesting chat with ETRADE. For what it's worth to my fellow longs!

They are showing 10 AUG as the effective date for the name/ticker change in their system. This date is an "estimate" and comes from DTC but in the 20 times I've asked ETRADE about information on the DOLV name/ticker change, this is the first time I've received a date from them. DTC recently provided this date notice. Outside of that, the ETRADE rep didn't have much info to share, but noted DTC is generally pretty close with their date estimates, within a couple of business days he said.

ETRADE rep name was Jake. Worked for Allstate in the past. I asked what he was wearing, he said Khakis.
