$ZSAN CEO confirmed no more dilution or secondary offering. So no overhang on additional equity. Huge news in small bios imo. About 35-40M float with 17% short. CEO said partnership or buyout between now and Q1 2018 when funds run out. Can also extend cash runway beyond that point as needed without doing another raise. Pretty confident guy with great track record imo.
