I don't think there will be a huge impact. The guys who are desperate for funds to settle so they can make the next buy typically aren't the guys making truly large buys and sells.

Note that T+2 cuts both ways, in addition to getting the proceeds of you sales a day faster, you will also need to fully fund your buys a day quicker as well.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
