Most important to remind all shareholders that for IMUN, or any other company, the Board of Directiors are the representatives of of the shareholders and should be making decisions on behalf of the shareholders including the direction of the company and its continued progress and financial success. This would obviously include the management of the company by the Officer(s) in charge of such management. I have never noted by any correspondent on this site (admittedly could have missed some) any mention of the activities and ultimate responsibility these individuals have in IMUN's success even though many have expressed rightful concerns about lack of communication and delays in promised results. I believe that the purported outside (independent) Directors should be contacted and answers requested, particularly about the management competency of the current CEO in a promising biotech company with potential products supported by published study results of positive clinical findings.

The latest (7/12/2017) verified company profile lists these voting members as Paul Akin, Clifford A. Selsky and Edward Teraskiewicz, only one of which, based on filings, was actually elected by the shareholders.
