True, the Polymet people have done everything they need to do, but the federal/state bureau-crazy is the ball and chain on this sloth-like process - that's the frustrating part.

It's been 1 year and 1 month (June 11, 2016) since the first application for Dam Safety and Water Appropriation permits was submitted, yet, the DNR has the time-line of '30-60 days - Application submitted with information sufficient to commence review' and the '30 days - Fees invoiced and received'... foot dragging at it's finest by the system/process and blatant lies as per the time-line graph.
