.....as well as with the FDIC................but the appeal was an automatic, imo..........regardless.............and THE BANK also filed a notice of appeal.......'member that......?????..............

.............grab that "178" theory..................100% legit......just gotta git it out of the barn....................

.....trust me, frankie and the FDIC don't want this NIGHTMARE to keep on keeping on..........................we'll see.............
