No company voluntarily engages with the FDA. Trust me, they got pressure and did what they needed to do. The best news is that the FDA says No. but it will take a minimum of 90-180 days for them to do it. Until then, we're stuck between $1-$2, hopefully no lower. My fear is that $21M isn't enough to get them to FDA approval. If it's not, they will do another financing round and make my $6.42 buy in a prayer. Just my opinion.
