Great piece. Gets straight to the hearts of the matter & looks to me to be the truth of it. As I posted when the whole IPR thing came to fore, it's nothing new & is just the most current iteration of what's been going on for nearly 40 yrs. It's like fascism. It's like the "military/industrial complex" except it's the "gov't/industrial" complex... It's the epitome of "follow the money".... and the epitome of examples of conflict of interest disguised (oh so conveniently) as as something developed to protect the rights of patent holders & stockholders. It's now a transparent joke. You hangs yer purse over yer shoulder & like planned clockwork, they grabs your purse, over & over ad infinitem. It calls for a MASSIVE, game changing, class action lawsuit, the likes of hasn't been seen before. Otherwise, same ol wash, rinse, repeat, thank you ma'am.
