No they did not renew their NVSOS for Epic, they are in default.... See info here:

They renewed the one for Riggs Companies which makes sense because they are in business but Epic on the other is currently out of business. They have closed all stores which makes this a shell seeking a merger or possibly opening stores in another market, restructure, etc. (doubt it....)

Thought we would have had an update by now, good or bad..... Their other business (Riggs Co.) is running strong so they could just have Epic sitting on the back burner with no rush to do anything with it, if going to ever do anything with it....

Time will tell, the pinks are a gamble, not much activity on this board lately ~ could mean they walked...
