They are screwing every existing investor with this unless the business is extremely big. That's why the stock is down huge, not because of this small RS. They are diluting your holdings by about 12 times!! It's like they would issue 282 million shares pre split while 22 million are currently outstanding. Looks like a big rip off.

In regards to Nasdaq. There are possibility to uplist with a 3 dollar share price if certain other metrics are fullfilled, otherwise it's 4 bucks.
