It depends on the IR's smarts.
Most CEO's aren't market savvy like a lot of their IR fellow's are.
A smart CEO will do his home work in picking a IR guy or firm.
I can tell in a hot minute when a CEO
Listened to the wrong advice.
I know of a IR guy that walked their CEO's down wall street.
I still know of a good one up the street from Ron in Florida.
